Brian worked within one of the largest worldwide training organizations for 18 years and owned the Franchise
in CT for 7 years. In the course of his 18 years with the
organization, Brian pursued and achieved certification in all 8 of the structured
programs offered. He was a certified product tayloring specialist allowing him to design
and taylor programs to meet specific company needs and he served on the Leadership
Team for International Team Training providing internal training for other Franchise
locations. As a Corporate Solutions Specialist, Brian customized hundreds of programs
for in-house delivery and established himself as an integral resource for organizations.
After substantial growth and selling his business, he works systemically with organizations, not just individual programs. His focus includes system and process implementation allowing for predictable repeatable results.
Consulting projects include strategic design initiatives and process implementation for
clients such as USA Today, Miami Herald, Cox Communcations, Morris Communications, Freedom Communications, AT&T and Pratt & Whitney designed to
build customer value, sales effectiveness, increased revenues and customer retention.
The Advisory Council forum he developed in CT allows business owners and executives
to discuss specific issues with focused advise resulting from real world applications.
Brian's recent participation in a Masters of Arts Program in Organizational Leadership allows him to incorporate his strategic leadership insights into client strategies for success. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Southwest New England.
