Walker & Associates, Inc. is an international training & consulting company implementing performance improvement processes designed for customer acquisition, increased revenues, leadership and customer retention. We have over 48 years experience in development of processes and people within both large and small organizations. The Advisory Council Forum we developed allows business owners and executives to discuss specific issues with focused advise resulting from real world applications. The floating boardroom process allows authentic conversations with actionable steps suggested from other business professionals.
We also consistently contribute back to our communities whether it be serving on an International Leadership Board, to involvement with numerous committees to serving on the Board of Junior Achievement which helped serve over 35,000 students last year alone develop financial literacy, our commitment is to help others be better.
